The dishwasher washes well. What is not convenient is the layout of the dishwasher. The top rack adjusts to two heights. BUT if I lower the top rack to accommodate water bottles my dinner plates won't fit in the washer. Vice versa. The tines for the plates are so far apart it makes it hard to fit enough dishes in the washer. I end up running the washer everyday or every other day for a family of 4. It makes it quite difficult to fit things in the washer. And yes I read the manual regarding how to load the dishes but the dish size they have in the pictures are not the current typical size of dishes. I'm definitely not a fan of the layout. There is a lot of wasted space.

We have used the dishwasher for 3 weeks and are happy with the way it cleans. Very happy with how quiet it is. We are having one issue - at times the door somehow opens and/or won't stay closed. This interrupts the cycle. May be we are loading something wrong which is causing it to open. But we haven't figured out what is causing this.

After purchasing and moving into a new home, I replaced the aging appliances with a Jenn-Air gas cooktop, wall ovens and dishwasher in stainless. I turned to Jenn-Air because I've purchased and used its products before and always have been thrilled with the qualty, ease of use and customer service. After using two dual-fuel ranges in previous homes, I knew I wanted a Jenn-Air cooktop to replace the electric one in my new home. I am thrilled with the nuance of temperatures I now can achieve - low melt to high rolling boil - without burning anything. It also cleans up like a dream. I'm very happy with the ovens, also - particularly the racks that slide in and out like drawers. And working with Slyman Brothers was terrific, both in selection and installation.

Overall I am very impressed with this dishwasher. At 46 dBA it is quiet. The dishes come out squeaky clean, and loading is a breeze. I like the design for the silverware basket. It keeps utensils separated so they are very clean. The filter is easy to access, but the filter pocket located on the floor of the unit has standing water in it after the cycle is finished. The door catches, but that might be a installation issue. Simple controls. Clean stainless steel design.

Fine for loading. The exterior looks horrid. I am not a fan of the controls. I don't like the hidden controls. it locks and starts too easily. Every time a body bumps it we need to open door and cancel. I scrape and rinse my dishes and I don't put stainless pans or big things in it. That's just me so I can't comment on how it does with those things. I haven't used any adjustment features.

Love this dishwasher. I had an older cheap model previously and basically used it to sanitize because it never clearned the dishes well, and i always had to set it to run in the middle of the night. Now, i just put in my dishes straight from the table (after food in the trash) and everything comes out sparkling clean. i've had to walk right up to it to know if it is on or not. We bought wiht the PRO handles and I love the look.
